Chris Dangerfield (vocals and miscellaneous noises)

Dubbed as the most dangerous man in Australian rock by Rolling stone magazine 3 years running. While his band members choose to suffer in silence the perils of rock 'n' roll decadence, Dangerfield is open about his rock 'n' roll super stardom.

'I make love to around 53 women and 2 men every week and I've been hooked on a cocktail of class A drugs for about 14 months now just to cope with the pressure stardom puts on me'

but he's not prepared to take the easy way out as proclaimed in the song 'grow up', a plea to the attention seeking youth he has so often encountered.

He's also not afraid to get in the odd scrap, being the egotistical frontman he is. Silica drummer Dom Morrow states

'The guys a madman, he'll fight any one or anything the other week he started on a flock of pigeons, he's out of control', but what he lacks in intellect he makes up for in lyric writing ability, his lyrics have touched the hearts of everyone, even Dave Noonan.

He states influences as varied as Blind Lemon Jefferson, Rob Halford, Michael Jackson and Simon Le Bon.

We asked some members of the public for 'their thoughts on this controversial figure'....

'I don't really think about him'.

'(no response)'

'His words help me live'

'I don't really know him'

'He wished death on my babies'

'who'

'We were on holiday and he came over and helped us play chess'

'Isn't he that nice young man from Blue Peter'

Regardless of your opinions of Dangerfield as a person he remains to be the 763rd most influential man in rock to date.
